Reservations
Reservations can be made online or over the phone. Payment will be taken at the time of reservation. See cancellation policy for refunds. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if necessary. This can be caused due to weather or equipment issues. If we need to cancel your reservation prior to your rental, a full refund will be offered.
Please note you need to be over 25 with valid ID to rent a Timbersled.
An open credit card damage deposit is required for all . A $1,000 deposit hold will be placed on your card 2-3 business days before the tour.
Cancellation
Cancellations over 30 days from reservation have a full refund less a $100 administration fee.
Cancellations 7-30 days from reservation will have 75% of reservation fee refunded
Cancellations less than 7 days from the reservation will have 50% refund of reservation fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours or “no shows” without cancellation will be charged full rental amount.
Customer cancellations due to weather, health, etc. are subject to the cancellation policy.
If there is significant weather, we could be forced to cancel and/or rebook your reservation for safety.

Rental Rules
A full rental policy with rules will be given at the time of rental.
You must be over 25 to rent and over 16 to operate our equipment.
Drugs and alcohol are not permitted at anytime during the tour. Any operator arriving intoxicated will not be permitted to ride and will not be refunded.
The snowbikes must be operated safely at all times. If at anytime we feel the equipment is being operating unsafely, the rental period will immediately cease with no refunds.
CUSTOMER IS 100% RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT
